Which Explains what a Loan Protection Policy Is.
What Many People Don't Realise is,
The Moment they set up a Mortgage,
it is also the same time they should consider setting up a Personal Protection Plan,
Momentarily after one obtains a Mortgage,
In terms of Monthly Commitments, this is the point when they are at the peak of their Financial Vulnerability,
And Until the Mortgage is paid out or for the remainder of its 30-year term their Financial Vulnerability may only further escalate should they get further in debt or decide to raise a family.
Should they suffer an Injury or Tragedy,
And Do Not have any form of Personal Protection in place,
They are potentially leaving themselves exposed to not being able to meet their Mortgage Repayments should the Unexpected Strike.
Until one has been placed in such a situation
The realisation of understanding the severity of not having cover may be too late as such an event may have dramatically altered their way of living.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
That's where setting up a Personal Protection Plan comes into play and is an Essential Part of the Home Loan Application Process.
