Three factors determine the price of the premium that you pay,

These factors are:

1. Gender  

2. Age 

3. Smoking Status 

 

ELIGIBILITY:         Between ages of 18 and 59, irrespective of occupation.

EXCLUSIONS:      Pre-Existing Conditions Excluded, including Any Family History of Cancer below 55yrs of Age.

Please note that the quotes depicted below are Monthly Premiums and are Based Upon $100,000 of Life insurance.

 

When Setting up a $100,000 Life Insurance Policy as Per Table Below the Following Benefits are associated:

 

$100,000      Death Benefit / Terminal Illness 

$ 30,000       Living Benefit Cover ( Being 30% of the Above Death Benefit Amount )

$   1,000       Involuntary Unemployment Monthly Benefit Cover ( Being 1% of the Above Death Benefit Amount )

 

Please note that the prices listed Below are Not inclusive of the $7.00 monthly policy fee charged by the ALI Group, and of which are to be added to the below when determining the price of your policy.
